San Francisco – day 4 (going home)

Woke up to discover my new view is even better than I’d realised. Now the fog has lifted I can see Union Square, Market Street and the Bay Bridge.

Gorgeous. Why couldn’t the parrot have arrived at the start of the week rather than the end?

Time for breakfast, a taxi to the airport and a 10 hour flight home. I have already checked in, I know I’ve got an aisle seat near the back (unless I get a chance to move to the bulkhead as I did on the way over).

Can’t wait to get home for Christmas.
