I’m back in San Francisco. This morning is work work work, but this evening I get to kick back a little and hook up with Eric (‘kinda like Warhol, kinda like Dre‘) Rice and Justin (Rivers Run Red) Bovington for a drink. Eric is a local, and I know Justin is opening a new studio in San Francisco tomorrow. Should be fun.
I’m staying at the Grand Hyatt on Stockton.. pleasingly close to Union Square actually. It’s nice, though it’s only on the 7th floor and they are charging me for network access, which the Hilton I stayed at last time waived. Still, it’s warm and comfortable and I’m only here for two nights(!) anyway.
Update: it’s late Thursday night. Justin couldn’t make it, but Eric was kind enough to take me to the ubercool House of Shields bar, where I also met the owner (and videoblogger) Schlomo. Cool evening.
It was good to meet you, though it was very brief.
